We collect personal information to provide products and services, as well as to comply with relevant legal requirements. Specifically, the following are typical scenarios in which we collect such data and for which your consent is required to enable core functions; otherwise, you may not be able to enjoy the products or services.
(1) Product/Service Display and Search
When you access the MagicLab website, we collect device-related information—including your IP address, relevant information regarding the device you use to visit the website (such as browser type, and operating system)—to display relevant products and services.
(2) Information Submitted Voluntarily
When you voluntarily provide information to get connected with us, we will store the name, email address, city, and phone number you submitted to provide stable and long-term ongoing services. You may request its deletion at any time if you no longer wish to retain it with us.
(3) Customer Support and Feedback
When you contact us for assistance, we may retain relevant communication records—including account or order details, other information you provided to prove relevant facts and contact information, etc.—to help address and resolve your issues effectively.
(4) User Care and Survey Initiatives
To improve our products and services, and further improve our user experience, we may invite you to participate in activities including free product trial, beta service experience, and other user care and survey initiatives. If you participate in such initiatives, depending on the circumstances, we may collect data such as your name, gender, phone number, and address, account and other information necessary required for the activity through surveys or by other means. We believe it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children's use of our products and services.
